Fourthwalling: I'd be fine with 4th Walling her if your character is from Star Wars. Things like knowing what a Jedi/The Force is are cool too, but if you aren't from Star Wars, I'd rather you didn't. She's not a well-known figure outside of EU fans, anyway, but I think it'd bother her enough that I'd rather not deal with it.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): She's an adult, she's seen some horrible things during the Sith War, and she has incredibly thick skin when it comes to atrocities. So, go nuts.

Hugging this character: Sure, she's fairly friendly
Kissing this character: Friends kissing her on the cheeks is fine. Anyone else will be met with a linefacing, annoyed Nomi.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. She probably won't flirt back but maybe.
Fighting with this character: If you like. She'll take fights seriously though.
Injuring this character : Talk to me. Actually hurting her seriously is a rather difficult proposition.
Killing this character: No, not without a LOT of discussion.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: For surface things? Sure. That's normal to her. The deeper you try to go, the more difficult it will be, to the point of stubborn impossibility. Talk to me about what you wanna do here.
Power Notes:
Nomi Sunrider is a prodigiously powerful Jedi Master, one of the most powerful Force-Sensitives in Galactic History in terms of raw potential. As such, she wields an enormous variety of abilities and has senses that go far beyond the norm. I won't be listing all of them, check her application if you're interested. But here are the big ones.
1) She can read emotions of people around her, telepathically communicate over enormous distances (canonically across an entire solar system), and the ability to read intent. I will generally assume that unless otherwise specified, she'll be able to pick up on surface emotions. She can delve deeper, but I will never have her do so without express permission from a mun. However, if you'd tell me below, I'd like to know if Nomi can sense overt evil from your character. If your character is evil, strongly touched by the Dark Side, or particularly malicious, she's shown as able to pick up on it. It doesn't mean a hostile reaction, but it's something I'd like to know.
2) She tends to prefer to avoid direct conflict, using the Force to alter attackers perceptions, conjure illusions, or misdirect their minds into fighting other people. This is similar to the famous Mind Trick, and like the Mind Trick I will also always ask for permission to use this if you find yourself in conflict with Nomi.
3) Battle Meditation, a psychic link between allies to empower them and make them fight better in tandem while undermining the enemies will to fight, is a power that Nomi regularly uses. She relies heavily on it when fighting in groups. As such, I'd like to know if this would affect you at all, as either an enemy or an ally.
4) The big one, the Wall of Light and Sever Force. Nomi possesses a rare talent to strip away dark powers from their wielder. This manifests in two ways. The first, if she's confronted with an evil foe she will try and cut them off from their powers. It applies to external sources, like...the Dark Side of the Force, or drawing on Black mana from Magic, or someone empowered by some dark god or whatever. This wall manifests in the form of a wall of blue-white light, and any evil beings inside are burned with purifying fire. This effect is temporary, and takes intense concentration. The second use of the ability is Nomi's ability to literally rip away the dark force, and that is permanent. Obviously, I will talk to anyone about using either of these abilities, but unless it's part of a huge plot, I will not use these powers without discussion. However, if you think your character might be susceptible to the Wall of Light, I'd like to know. And if you want to know more ABOUT the Wall of Light, feel free to ask ^^
